โ โ โ โ โ I was just recently guided through divorce by Nahannai at Fairway Divorce. Right from the start, I knew we were in great hands. Nahannai was intuitive to each of our concerns and challenges throughout the process and was able to give unbiased insights and support. I am beyond grateful for going with Fairway and connecting with Nahaani through a very challenging process that I believe my ex and I have come out with a better co-parenting relationship in the end. โ โ โ โ โ Nahannai was helpful at the beginning. After 9 or 10 months communications slowed down. Coming up to a year I called her because I had NO idea what was going on. During this conversation she informed me that after a year of our file being open it'll close and we have to pay the full fee AGAIN to open up the negotiations.
If you're going in don't sign anything and don't pay anything, that's how they get you.
Save your money, time and sanity and come to an agreement with your partner (we had no kids) go to a good lawyer and just get it done.

โ โ โ โ โ Jen was fantastic to deal with. She was efficient and caring, and tailored her services to fit our needs. We both went in with a clear plan with how we wanted to separate and Jen did everything we asked. Did not prolong the process like a lawyer would have and cost us much less. If you and your former partner agree on most things - except staying married;) - I would definitely recommend.

Although it may not be the perfect resolution for some people depending on their situation it was exactly the perfect route for us. Our situation wasnโt really to complicated. All we wanted was what was fair for both of us. Really the hardest part for us was just doing our part which was simply gathering All our personal assets and debts. What we wanted to walk away with. We were both very civil about this. Nahannai handled everything else right down to the finest details. Stuff we didnโt even think about. We would definitely recommend Fairways services to anyone going through this difficult and stressful transition in life. It made our path so much easier and relieved pretty much all the stress. My wife and I are just finalizing the paperwork and we remained friends throughout it all. Thank so much Nahannai and Fairway. We can now move on with a new chapter in our lives.

โ โ โ โ โ I'd heard about Fairway through radio spots and was familiar with their work. Even though I wish we didn't need to use their services - I'm glad they were an option for us. We had to divide assets/liabilities, which by itself can be a very emotional experience. We dealt with Nahanaii, and she was very good at explaining the process and what to expect and she was very supportive of both parties. She was also very thorough and very professional. Using Fairway's services likely saved each party SEVERAL thousand dollars in legal fees had we done this on our own. Disclaimer and very important: Using this service or going through individual lawyers - there has to be a willingness to compromise by both parties. Fairway lived up to their name in our case.
