Shelley was very helpful and gave us great advice. We were challenged with searching for a home in another province during COVID and Shelley made applying for a mortgage in Manitoba as stress free as possible. She was very patient with our questions (and there were many!). Shelley and her administrative staff were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them at any time.

It was nothing but hassle, miscommunication, and errors making a process of Covenant Change more stressful than it initially would have been. My friend referred me to Mike Blair. From first contact I felt a huge relief. The process was quick and felt seemless, he explained it all to me, made me feel confident and taken care of. Happy to say the kids and I remain in the home that was build by my late father and very dear to me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen is just absolutely amazing. We initially tried to go through our bank to get a mortgage and it was an AWFUL experience and really put us off. Our relator suggested Karen and we booked a zoom call with her! Within the first few moments I knew we wanted to work with Karen. She explained EVERYTHING to us. We literally had no idea what we were doing or had to do or what even the process was. She answered ALL our questions, even answered them more than once because we were still confused. She was VERY easy to get into contact with and very easy to talk to. She followed up with us constantly and always made sure we knew she was there if we had any questions. She made the process very easy and I will recommend anyone to her! :)

When we signed our papers at the lawyers office, she said it was the best rate she had seen. Ryan went above and beyond when we were on a tight deadline to get approved and was constantly in touch to keep us updated. I would highly recommend Ryan!
