“Great Customer service. Had a lot of packing to do (friend out of province LOVES Stella's Jams and requested a shipment of 10 jars). The guys a packed it securely for me even though Im sure they were busy and I was a walk-in. The phone was ringing non stop and none of them ever made me feel like I was anything other than a valued customer as they did with other customers who came in and had questions or needed services while trying to work on my parcel. They packed up my shipment quickly, made sure it was done correctly and got it on its way. Thanks guys. I will come here for any future shipping needs that I have.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just would like to express how unimpressed I am with your service. Your staff (Judy Li) did not communicate that I would be charged another $20 for pick up at another UPS location in addition to the $130 for a 40lb package I mailed to Ontario. No one communicated that our package had arrived...and it was also later than quoted.
Then I called the UPS in Ontario to see if they had my package they said they didn't, even though they did...so it's not just your location that are inept. Teach your staff to explain services or why bother opening your doors.
I will be using Canada post as one of your other disappointed customers mentioned in his review. Thanks Bob!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This UPS location has mishandled 3 separate packages that I've had delivered there. They shipped one back to sender before it was supposed to go back; they 'misplaced' another one and just today they can't find a package that their own tracking system says was delivered there yesterday. I would avoid using this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this location asking about a package that I was unable to receive because the delivery person could not enter the building. The person who answered my call showed absolutely ZERO interest in helping, and continued to interrupt me. I would ask for clarification from him, and was interrupted before I even finished my sentence. I don’t know if this is just a pick up location or an actual part of UPS. Either way, not a great representation of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete rip off for black and white printing. Two documents, combined total 39 pages double sided, $47.00!
A year ago I stopped using their parcel shipping services because the post office in Shoppers charged a fraction of the price. Now their printing costs have skyrocketed. No longer a place of business for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Pro Passport Photo\UPS#90 charges more and has No Return policy:
1. They charge $ 25.75 incl tax for 2 printed photos (PR Card), while other Pro Passport Photo\UPS locations prices are $ 15-16 dollars incl tax (Downtown, Polo Park locations). So you pay $10 more at this location.
2. Before you go there, please note that this UPS store #90 has NO refund policy on any items and services - Check the image attached.
3. Store representative said that the owner will give me a call asap, however, nobody called me.
