★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mail Delivery is never a gaurantee from this branch. Never have the same carrier day to day nevermind week to week. Currently have not seen mail on our street for 3 days. After 3 days of no delivery and a complaint a supervisor drove my mail to my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to find a contact phone number or online support for a delivery problem and I have had to go through screen after screen and then when I finally find the "contact" number at the very bottom of a screen in tiny letters.......it comes up "page not available". So typical of government websites.....anything important is buried or doesn't exist! Even the website was a major make work project that probably cost the tax payer way more money than it should have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all they have no listed phone number. The public area to pick up packages is only open from 10AM - 2PM... how is anyone with a full time job supposed to pick up a package? The mail in my building is being held at this canada post because people keep breaking into the mailboxes so now I have several packages and mail sitting there and I can't get off work to get it. I'm sure as hell not calling in sick and missing a days worth of pay just to be able to pick up my mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Canada Post location. They never attempt to deliver and they are very rude and disorganized. We had to take a day off to pick up our mails here and when we did, they only gave us 2 mails and then we asked we should have more. The lady says that's all she found and we told her to look again. After waiting for 5 minutes, she found almost 30+ mails with important bank documents which are time sensitive. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. This location should get investigated and needs better customer service. They shouldn't scam people by telling us they've attempted to deliver it but they didn't. Some days we wait outside and we even have doorbell cameras, and not once they've attempted to deliver. If we can give this location 0 stars, we would. Please investigate this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hours do not reflect what the actual service is. While it's possible that the building is open until 5pm as stated, mail pick up is not accessible after 2pm. Due to a key issue, my building is not getting mail. What is the recourse for working people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, the two ladies who helped me at lunch time were amazing and so cheerful! Normally the staff who help at customer service are not overly pleasant, but today was a lovely surprise. Thank you!!
