Every single time I go to this post office the same lady is there. She is extremely rude and raises her voice at my lack of info. I go there for help sending mail. I’ve asked her not to raise her voice at me every time and she says β€˜this is just how I talk’. Perhaps a refresher in customer service communication is due ?

I normally use a great post office closer to where I live but tried this one today because I was near by. I was appalled by the service. The woman behind the desk was demeaning and almost angry because I had the "wrong" postage on my envelope. I asked for it back and said I would like to go another post office. She refused to give it back and continued to lecture loudly that nobody else would send it either. Embarrassed, I reached across the counter and had to take it out of her hands and then drove to the Shopper Drug Mart Canada Post. They mailed it off no problem and said my postage was correct! There is a reason this location has 1 star. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

This Corporate Outlet is fantastic to deal with. I have always found the staff cheerful and friendly. Very helpful in advising me the best way to send my products that match my needs.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the other sweet employees who serve. BUT!!! The older Hispanic (or whatever nationality she is) is THE rudest person I have ever come across in life let alone a customer service position!!! She absolutely should not be allowed to interact with customers. I always try avoid her and actually am physically relieved when I have to use that PO and she is not working. She does not greet me, ever, even if I try approach with a smile and greeting. She then takes my package and turns to whoever else is being served on the other side of the post office and gets involved with that. Ignores me, makes me wait to continue my transaction. She is HORRIBLE. No other word to describe her. I have been shipping for my business for 4 years yet she feels the need to lecture, criticize and invent new rules for mailing to try seem superior I suppose. She is the worst thing about that place. Her boss would do good to fire her if they want to offer a more positive experience to their customers. UPDATE: June 3 2019 I just went into the PO as I was in a hurry and it was convenient and had the same misfortune of being "served" by the same woman. I took 2 oversize lettermail envelopes, I have my own slot that I use at home to ensure it will fit the restrictions for lettermail, and I could see right off the bat she was going to be oppositional as always. She didn't even attempt to put one of them through and started telling me it wouldn't fit, it needs to go through easily etc. I proceeded to take both my envelopes back, the one she has placed behind the counter on a chair but I went to get it and we got into an argument about mail, I stated the same thing I have always said to her, I have been in business for 4 years, NEVER had one package sent back to me for insufficient postage, never had ONE issue with other post offices etc. She told me she would call the other PO and tell them they are wrong by accepting my mail etc. OUTRAGEOUS!! I went to Shopper's in MR and they put stamps on it didn't even need to put them through the slot...ZERO ISSUES and did it with a smile. That woman NEEDS TO GO.

Not sure what you are all belly aching about, but my experience has been nothing but FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS Service by ALL 3 Staff there, I mail there almost every day and have never been treated badly. Perhaps Customers should be more friendly with their inquiries and listen to what the current Rules and Regulations are instead of being rude to the People behind the Counter who are merely only following the current Rules and Regulations. Yes, at times you may encounter part time/fill in workers not yet completely versed in all things Post and Shipping, but that happens everywhere, Grocery Stores, Banks etc. Just be nice and you will be treated nice....I've seen some pretty nasty Customers hurling all kinds of curses at the poor people just trying to do their job. Otherwise, you get what you give...

Being an small online business I ship a lot of packages and I always go to this post office because of the wonderful customer service. The ladies that work here are friendly and hard working. I always enjoy my post office visit because of this awesome staff! Highly Recommend!

Best time ever!! I brought my package in with its prepaid label ...put it on the counter....and then the magic began!! It disappeared off of the counter and all of a sudden 7-69 days later, it arrived at the written address! BADA BING!! WOWZA! What a concept!! I'm blown away!! Post offices totally need reviews!!! KIDDING !! THE ONE LADY IS A GRUMPY OLD TROLL!!!!! WHITE HAIR LADY!!! Avoid her!! Trust me!!!

I feel so disappointed with the staff she took my first order but she doesn’t take it. She said she taking a break and I am waiting on the line waiting for her. Hello you’re take break at 3:22pm? I am confused ? you’re treating clients like garbage. I come here to pay money not for free. That’s the last time for me to go there.
