β β β β β Once again the Canada post employee responsible for delivering to my business address filled out the delivery card at the post office before leaving to make deliveries. No attempt made to make the delivery. very poor.

β β β β β Only used one star because I had too! Rural service is just as poor as inside service. Parcel was processed in 4 precious post ofc in a day each! Item arrived in Sp. Gr. Thurs 6AM. Monday 2pm and still no delivery. A month ago same thing, but that time Delivery was made Fri evening!

β β β β β Need to sell of Canada Post (5 months ago). Update - 0 star - Oct2019- The new main office has terrible management and they appear to feel they are untouchable. They do not return phone calls (Kim) and generally management is utterly pathetic. Will be filing formal complaint with the umbudsman and the local parliamentarian representative. This problem extends into head office. A purge needs to happen in the CORPORATION.

β β β β β the workers remind me of the woman on Misery. I dread going in there. its sad that this is a government tax sponsored outlet and all we get are the least happy, soulless, critical, burdened excuse for customer service. the best part of coming into this site is knowing that if they were in the private sector or had a decent manager, they would have a tough time getting a job wearing a sandwich board advertising Pizza 73. I shouldnt really say that, at least the Pizza 73 people work.

β β β β β I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation. We've come to depend heavily on deliveries these days, and the local delivery people and the office staff have been helpful and gone above and beyond in the face of challenging times and high demand/parcel volume - even delivering packages on the weekends leading up to Christmas. Thanks so much to everyone there!

β β β β β Most of the staff are great. However, I do not appreciate the brunette woman at the front counter who condescendingly reminds customers (at least myself and one other I know) about the address on incoming mail to us. I cannot control what address someone decides on any given day to write/type on their envelope coming my way. I have told this woman repeatedly that I do inform customers / vendors / other staff to ensure they are using our Postal Box and not our street address. That is all I can do.This is total overkill, sometimes going on week after week. The other ladies mention it from time to time, but not to the same extent, and as a taxpayer and a customer, it is getting really annoying.
