★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst canada post ever that hired stupid store manager Name TJ Reynn. He is asking 14 year old for government ID. Someone has to tell him student ID is the only ID that eveywhere ag accepting as an ID from 14 years old. He was telling me it has to be a passport or Birthday certificate. Mr. TJ Reynn, If you are teaching me what is government ID, please show us where in passport and Birth Certificate has Address. I have contacted Canada Post and Student ID is a valid ID for under age people. Schools are under government. Please get some education. We moved are all our Medications to this store, but I dont want ever go back there since the service that I got was the worst. No wonder you don’t have got rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are wonderful... but with the Covid, I’m wondering what the line up will be like at Christmas?
There is only one till and the process to mail parcels and returns is going to be beyond people’s patience.
The town’s population has grown enough over the last few years to justify a second till . Customer service
With two tills would also take the stress off the good people that work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the bad reviews given to this Canada Post office. This is the nicest one I've been to in Canada! I love the smiles and kind service I get from the ladies (at least was true during the tough year 2020)
I was constantly going because I get no mail in my home and got everything to the post office. Awesome customer service, despite me getting all these packages ?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wish there was a setting to give them zero stars. Lack of communication from the employees one tells me one thing another tells me something else when I go back in, they aren't helpful at all and fail to even complete the tasks of their job. The use to be great a year ago and before then but the new staff really has brought the whole post office downhill and continue to do so. I usually leave this post office with such disappointment that I would never be able to recommend it to anyone
