★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not even deserve 1 star. I was actually looking for a place to file a complaint. My husband with to the Rexall postal outlet to pick up an envelope that could not be delivered to our house. He was there at 5.01pm yesterday Sunday March 27th, 2017. Well she would not give him his envelope telling him she closed at 5pm! Well I guess to enter a review you have to at least select 1 star! This was the one in Beaumont, AB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brenda and Kaladon are awesome! I ship small business almost daily with their branch and have never once had a problem. Extremely friendly staff. Great service. (This is a review for Post Office Main which is located at 4914 50 avenue. I agree with previous review for the Rexall branch in Beaumont and would give the Rexall branch 0 stars as well. I avoid going to it as much as I can)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -POST OFFICE (Jean -Coutu BEAUMONT) small village like service. Opening hours NOT RESPECTED & unpredictable. I went there few times and got no service at CANADA POST counter because the employee was "ON BREAK" or they were just closed during opening hours. A Jean-Couture floor employee was replacing her '' like a counter dummy"...just to tell people to come back in 30 min. & to go shopping in the mean-time. I took work hours off to go there for an IMPORTANT "Postal Money Order" which later resulted in a late payment and extra late charges.
-Also, Jean-Couture BEAUMONT pharmacy employees (females) are uninformed on many things resulting to having them in often calling the manager who also seemed confused.
