J	Jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all cost if you’re returning things to Amazon or anywhere. They don’t give receipts because their system is too old and doesn’t provide it. The clerk was also extremely rude about it. It is normal to get a receipt when you return a package at other Canada post locations. But at this one you don’t get one. He just said no receipts and got annoyed. I was requesting for one in case the return package isn’t received by the seller and I need to proof of shipment. If you do ship from this location ask them to stamp a paper as proof that they shipped your package with the tracking numbers. But it’s probably less of a hassle if you ship it somewhere else. I didn’t read the reviews before going here. If I did, I wouldn’t be here…

I went on two occasions; the first one, the owner was doing something and made me wait for 10 minutes before serving me. The 2nd time, the owners wife was so slow, there line grew and people were coming in and just leaving. She is so slow and lame. I will never come here again. I also I remember 2 years ago I came here and the owner was so rude to me

The low scores are from impatient entitled people for sure. This location does whats needed and nothing more. Literally my type of straight-forward business. Customer service down to the bones. People asking for tracking info when they printed out their own tracking information slips to put on their boxes yet they harass the employee for a copy, like what? They arent 5's but they arent 1's either lolol

J	John William H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the people that Visit this Canada Post Store are always in a Hurry and always want to be quickly served in and pampered. The two owners here do everything by the regulations that are set forth by Canada Post. Unfortunately the customers that visit this place require the Royal Treatment and have Huge Ego when coming back from work. I have been coming here for the last 30 years and haven't ever encountered a problem. Don't listen to bad reviews as this Feedback doesn't make any sense if your picking stuff up or just buying stamps. Bring your proof of correct address and ID otherwise you will not receive your parcel that is being held for you.

I paid for a shipping label to be put on my parcel, every time I've been to a postal office they have put my shipping label in a protected sleeve which has adhesive on it so it would be able to stick to my parcel. The owner pretty much told me the next time I had to do it myself and that they don't provide that service. He was rude and unpleasant. Will not go back ever.
