M	Mrs. Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location can be tremendously slow BUT 98% of the time that is the customers fault. People arriving with nothing wrapped, nothing ready to go and expecting the clerk (who is actually a Rexall employee) to pack it for them because they were to lazy. Then they just want to argue and jump up and down when they don't get their way. But that's not the employees job, their job is to accept the packages, collect the money, and tell you about shipping options. The location is clean, bright, and has a friendly face, it's a government operation, that's the best anyone can ask for.

Cannot answer questions, tried to get me to not do express shipping. Forgot to charge me $3 for wrapping so called me back to fix his issue.
