J	Jade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST Starbucks we have ever been to! My husband and I stopped on our drive back home so he could get a coffee. Not only did it take 15 minutes to finally get his drink it was wrong. There was 16 people that went in and out with food and drinks in the time it took him to get ONE drink. There was another lady that was waiting with him and she said she had been there for 25 minutes waiting for 1 coffee. He went back in so they could make his drink correctly and after they were half way through making it the barista says "so we actually don't have dark caramel" Don't you think that's something you should have told someone when they ordered? So 35 minutes later and the drink is still disgusting. Absolute joke of a location.

They are rude and don’t even say hello, just “what do you want” and the one yelled at me for taking a quick sip of my drink under my mask to see if it needed anything to be added. I have been going to Starbucks for years and have never been treated like that before. Definitely won’t be going back.

Unfortunately I wasn't reading the reviews before we entered the store today. Overflowing trash can outside, messy and not proper loaded Milk/Sugar station without milk. Dirty tables inside... and Bribri at the till who are not taking my order properly because there was a spider on the floor (size unknown). A male Barista on the edge of a nervous breakdown because he spilled my Americano. And a girl who was in charge with an "I don't give an..." attitude. No. We will not come back!

Making those orders priority and wait in store 25 mins as those rushed orders still sitting there. I feel that with 2 baristas should be designated for in store patrons.

Health orders clearly state that all coffee shops require masks unless sitting at a table and eating/drinking. Our numbers are out of control. Why aren't you enforcing the rules Starbucks????

What a rip off, I've worked for 5 years in a coffee shop and even at Starbucks and man this store quality is terrible they don't train their batistas how to make proper drinks. Ridiculous that everytime I order I have to specify to add more milk and less foam. I'm never buying drinks here again. Rip off for what you're paying
