I	Intuitively Magician on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and staff. Help me with all my needs. Positive vibes. I always go to this branch for all my mailing services.
A	Alice Eisan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young woman working at the post office was extremely selfish and dismissive, insisting that she cannot help me with my post office needs even though there were still a few minutes left to closing. I had a card to pay for before sending and even though the store was dead and it took me about 30seconds to pay for the card, she took my precious time explaining what getting a parcel ready to send consists of and why it would be cutting too close to closing. It took me two weeks as a single mother with three jobs to finally make it before it closed and this is the service I got. When I complained to the store manager, she kept cutting me off, not even letting me finish and got super defensive about her store policy to shut everything right at closing time; hence, the person at the post office was in the right to decline a few minutes before. I have never had such experience at other stores and would never decline customer service to someone minutes before closing. I even bought the card there to make sure I made it before closing. If she didnt waste time explaining, I would have had everything ready and paid for before closing. Extremely poor store policy and even worse customer service. Very disappointed. Will never go back.

Even me, who didn't have a shipping address correct, was shown great customer service and I was out of there in no time. Also the nearby Staples is a big plus for shipping materials. Highly recommend!

The negative reviews are for the Shoppers drug mart it seems mistakenly written here. I ship a lot through this branch and they're always great and serve you well. The one review, buddy got his phone stolen because the mail carrier was stupid, not the stores fault, hero. Even the carrier's on my route are awesome but that has nothing to do with this post office branch.
L	Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess I’m very lucky? Cause everytime I dropped of my packages, the staff were all very helpful and quick. Went to drop off my package today in the morning and the staff was super sweet and answered all my questions. I wish all the staff is kind and sweet just like her... cause I have seen some negative interactions with others in the past unfortunately. Thank you for all your hard work and stay safe :)

She makes it sound like it's across the board in-house regulation, take it or leave it, using her aggressive voice. I took it back because I'd rather not argue with the merchant to whom I'm returning the item in case that merchant that does not receive the returned item.
