★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sacrificed 1 star just to write this. Absolutely terrible customer service. Person actually hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Unbelievable. This is a paid not free service you realize this right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada Post does not deliver to the people who need delivery of parcels most - The eldery. I expressed my frustration plainly to their supervisors so there would be no mistaking my disappointment in paying $50 for parcel delivery only to have the worker refuse to come 15 steps to, and up the elevator to the second floor, because i am indisposed, forcing me to take a taxi down later to there depot to pick it up. They should be boycotted. They are not a postal service at all; rather a postal storage unit.
If the feelings of your posties are more important to you, than the deliveries they are paid to and fail to deliver; than you can cram your useless thieving company up the darkest recesses it is bound for.
!! YOU ARE WORSE THAN USELESS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their driver backed into my parked car, got out and looked at the damage, and drove away. With witnesses! I called customer service right away with the vehicle licence plate, they referred it to this depot. This depot never called me back.
I followed up four months later and they basically told me there was nothing they could do because the vehicle was a rental and they don't know who the operator was because so much time had passed. I fixed the damage out of pocket a few weeks after it happened. Complete failure of process. I avoid Canada Post now out of principle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service . Next time i will buy to Amazon they do perfect deliver. They delivered to my house a parcel without warning and they did not like it . nobody was at home , i did not know . Looks like they doing a favor . now i have to pay a fee for the second one . that is a joke
