★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colleen was my book keeper for over a year and began not returning calls, or emails. She was still putting my info into Quickbooks Online and invoicing me, so I continued to pay her, just writing it off that she was busy and not able to call me back. She had printed reports for me, (unless those were fake?) so I saw that the work was done, yet there was little communication. At one point, after a few months of this, I saw that all my info was deleted from my quickbooks. YET she was paid in full and on time for all that work. It took me weeks to get my stuff back from her, I had to call the police as it considered theft to hold financial documents. When my boxes finally did arrive, I invoiced her for the pay I gave her, since she so kindly went into my account and deleted all my financials, I considered that work not done...however she never paid me back for those months. She collected money but deleted her work. I am pretty sure there are professional standards that are to be held in that in this industry, but she doesn't seem to think so. I will never recommend her and have notified the proper authorities. I have no idea why she went sideways and became destructive, it's too bad because I liked her as a person.
