Though my dash board and speaker covers were fixed properly, the headliner is still a major and expensive issue that I have to deal with.
T	Taylor Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car there for a new windshield and my car has one of those keys that flip open, it was working perfectly when I dropped it off. But when I picked my car up and drove all the way back to work I noticed they bent it pretty bad and it wouldn't even flip closed properly anymore. I called and they basically told me it was like that when I dropped it off because they were talking about how it was broken right before I picked it up. I ended up driving back and speaking face to face with a few people and the lady that helped me when I dropped it off said she didn't notice if it was broken or not as the key part was tucked inside when I dropped it off, so that right there confirms they broke the key as it wouldn't have been flipped closed if it was broken previously. They ended up bending it back for me, but the key is super loose and brittle and i am honestly afraid of using it as I am worried it will break off in the ignition. So I just spent $260 on a new windshield and I'm out another $70 for the new key I purchased last month!

Had a windshield replaced by them and they mounted the windshield wipers wrong, didn't put plastics in place properly, took gouges out of my interior panels, and left glass shards on my dash/vents. When I took the car back, they just filled the gouges in the interior panels with glue. On a separate occasion, I went back for a rock chip repair, and it popped out 5 days later. When I went back to ask them to fix it, they refused to warranty the failed repair. Will not be returning.

Phoned one of their competitors to get a quote and they told me they couldn't guarantee taking my back window off without breaking it, or guarantee that they could reseal it successfully and recommended to just buy a new back window at 300 dollars + install. When I phoned Camrose Glass they said it was pretty easy to reseal and guaranteed there would be no issues. 4 months later after having it done there has been no problems and the price was pretty fair. Great service as well.

Scratches on the top of the door. They take no responsibility for carelessly removing the tape. What makes me really upset is they didn't even have the courtesy to stop and contact us to let us know about the damage. Instead we spotted it ourselves and they said they were too busy. When it had happened 2 hrs earlier. So out 350 dollar window had turned into a 2000 paint job.

He over billed for the job he did and couldn't do the work he was paid to do. Not impressed at all. Had to hire a company from nisku to finish his job. Thank you Safe & Lock Solutions Inc. from Nisku.
