★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s just OKAY, one of the biggest selections of glass bongs/rigs in Sudbury. But if you get any of the girls who work in there, good luck. They are rude, rush you to find what you looking for. Always good experience with the guy I’ve seen working the last few times I stopped by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible late night staff. They DO NOT stay open as late as they advertise. Very rude employees who think they can close the store when THEY please and give attitude when you let them know the time. But mostly just TERRIBLE service all around. Barely have been there but tried going twice in the past month. BAD experience both times. I work in retail so I know first hand that what they're doing is so unprofessional and just flat out not allowed. I would get written up with their kind of behaviour!! I hope more people go to wacky Robbie's!! The staff are actually very nice and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not shop here ! ... Rude and Petty attitude ! ... After they did not carry the item I was interested in, the girl behind the cash repeatedly and rudely started saying to me over the whole store, "You can leave now!", when I was getting directions to another bong shop explained to me by another customer ... It's so stupid from their part too - businesses struggle to attract customers, and here I already bothered coming to her store. If not that item, I could have bought anything else another day. But after being rudely bossed around, not now or ever ! - and I'm telling everyone else ! Hope they enjoyed being bossy !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman working refused to give me a estimate for a vaporizer. I'm required by disability to give them a estimate for coverage. She would only write the name of the product and price on a blank piece of Receipt and refused to do anything further. I was polite, and not sure why I was treated this way.

The last time I was there the male staff member really went above and beyond to help me out. 10/10 would recommend.
