★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superintendent lack training in working and communicating with elderly people, sick people, handicap people, we witness a lot of abuse in those categorized people. Lots of complaints on that subject but people are afraid to speak up about it so nothing is being done. Lot of discrimination and jealousy within the tenants! For people that keeps to themselves and stay in your apartment and don't mix with others you're fine but it is not very positive place to live in! As for the apartments they're pretty decent and they're bug-free! The problem is alot of people will not report it so it can be tricky but they are very vigilant on treating when there's a problem with bugs, so far so good I'm glad they got rid of it because it was really bad when I moved in! So now I can enjoy my apartment. In the garage is fully enclosed which is very safe!
