β β β β β Initially wasn't overly happy several things were less than optimal. However, the Manger called and made a true effort to correct things and offered solutions and explained what limitations they were facing. That's a tremendous level of service. Thank you.

β β β β β Staff excellent. Pull out bed should be sent to the dump along with arm chair. So uncomfortable β¦. Dated and shabby. Ripped fabric Dust falling off drapery when closing and opening themβ¦. Carpets need a good shampoo. With most guests being U of A hospital related guests, hotel should offer better comfort especially bed comfort. Parking is tight for todayβs larger vehicles.

β β β β β This has always been my favourite hotel. I have to come to Edmonton a lot for medical. They have really affordable prices, an easy walk to down town and huge rooms. The most comfortable place to stay especially with children.
But NOW MORE THEN ever I recommend.
We left my daughterβs favourite teddy. Heartbroken and desperate to get him back. The hotel staff found him and send him home priority mail. He came back with a little bag of treats, a name tag so you can never be lost again and a card telling him how much he missed my daughter.
It was just one of those heartwarming and really sweet extra touches that just makes me LOVE this hotel more.

β β β β β Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and very quiet. It's right across the street from U of A Hospital / Stollery Children's Hospital. Parking can be a bit tricky but it's a great place to stay when you need to be close to loved ones.

β β β β β This place was great. The room was really spacious, including a large enough desk to get some work done in the evening. One could tell that the furnishing of the room is a bit dated, but that didn't affect my very positive experience at all. I also enjoyed having the small kitchen, which I used to make some breakfast and to occasionally cook dinner. Also (what I didn't expect but which was a great help) was that my dirty dishes were cleaned by the room keepers every day.
I very much enjoyed my stay in Edmonton, and your very comfortable room contributed greatly to my experience. Thank you!
