Dropping off our trade in was accommodated with our weird work hours! The gentleman who moves the trailers about their grounds was very friendly and helpful! Siep was a great friendly spokesperson as he demonstrated the features of our trailer. Then Brendan came out to greet us at the end!! And interestingly enough, it was his video that sold us on the trailer we purchased! Thank you!

They sold us all warranties and promised us amazing service from their team if ever needed. We have received nothing but the run around every year have been mislead by staff and work was said to be completed when it was never done. Now we wait in their parking lot as they complete a repair that should have been done over the last 6 months it's been here. Do not buy from campkins!

n	nicholas levair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As shared by others dont get extra warranty as usual they will say it will take 4 to 8 weeks and maybe it will be covered by warranty. I bought 1 there brand new last summer and after winter and heavy rain it leaked . Under a year I thought it would be cover by warranty but as u know it I'm responsible for it and there nothing they can do about it . Thanks campkins I'm sure I wont be back

Examples: bathroom door jammed shut, bathroom exhaust fan not working, bathroom sink pipe leaking water, missing trim in multiple rooms, staples coming out of walls, grease foot print on carpet, screen door won't stay closed, gap and bent screen door frame, bottom of drawers falling out, stabilizer jack broke off due to missing hardware. I've got a seasonal site this year and it's just a $3500 empty lot because they have my trailer and I keep getting the run around when I call for a update. I feel like I'm being lied too every time I talk to someone there. Very frustrated
