We booked this campsite as a family, and do to unfforseen circumstances we had to cancel. I sent an email within the 7 days cancellation period, unfortunately I replied to their confirmation message which was not an address I was suppose to write back to. I hadn't noticed because I never got a bounce back email or a message asking me not to write to this address. Anyways, I just called them to make sure they got my email and of course they hadn't. I asked them to show me some sympathy seeing as my intention was to do what was suppose to be done in the time frame allotted. They were very direct in telling me that 2 nights will be taken regardless, and it was my error. When I asked why they couldn't reimburse me, they informed me that they may not be able to rent it now seeing as it's so close to the date. I told them that I may have someone to take the lot over for me and again, they said no, it had to be me. In my opinion, this is awful customer service. I did in fact try and cancel, I could have even sent them a screen shot of the email I had sent with the date. A company who isn't willing to bend a little is not worth my time, definitely not my money. Very unfortunate.

Calm place, kind of small grounds, served with water and electricity for most of the grounds, no mosquitos very much. Respectful staff, tight cancellation policy. Very small beach, nice splash area. Good for biking.

It is a good place, we had a good time. Bathrooms were clean most of the time. I tought the camping space was a good size but according to my friends who have camped at many other places, they were small. Still ok for a 10person tent. We had a bad moment with the "security" at night which came to talk to us with a really bad attitude, totally unneccesary. I admit we were passed curfew but the gentleman did not do a good job when he approached. Other than that it was good.

A really great campground with running water, bathrooms etc. Our site had at least one fairly flat spot for our tent, as well as a picnic table. The river nearby is beautiful. Frogs were a little load at night but hey, cant complain when you're out in nature.

Great location but expect no privacy if you're camping here as sites are way too close to each other without trees separating them. We were given a site that was big enough to fit our tent and fire pit only - The picnic table couldn't fit and had to move in between two sites on a slope. If I pay to camp here they need to allow the access past 11pm as some activities outside the campground starts late in the night. I called few times to request a late check-in (around mid-night and even agreed to park my car outside the campground and walk to my site for the night but was refused (earlier they agreed on that) but was charged for the night anyway. Once site was given to us next morning, we weren't disturbed by them or the security - we did fire quietly till about 2 in the morning. Customer service was okay at the reception with the gentleman but the lady got some attitude and was constantly laughing when I was checking-in. They probably need better manners class. Won't go again!

Nice campground with a nice lazy river running through it. The sites are small and packed in but if you like the water and Sandy beaches, this is the place! There is a pool and a playground for the kids. It would be great if the camp sites were twice as big. There was no room left on our site to sit once we had our truck and 32' trailer parked on it. Very level sites with 30 amp and water and sewers. My only complaint is the small sites.

We go back year after year! Great camping near loads of activities. Affordable, clean and great for all kinds of camping. The river run is amazing after a long day of hiking! Its in the city so can get a bit noisy but the location is great.
