Inside is a preserved era from the 1800s with furnishings, carpets and lighting all from the original house. Staff are very knowledgeable & interesting to listen to in order to see life as it wad in the city over 150 years ago.

E	E P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for Doors Open Toronto in May. It isn't very big, but I enjoyed exploring the few rooms and learning a bit of Toronto's political history. This house did not originally stand on university, but was transferred from the easy part of the city!

h	hira bokharee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting piece of Toronto's history. Loved the intimate tours. The pictures from 1972, when the house was being moved, gives a delightful view of Toronto. It's open, doesnt really have a sign. Has a cute garden in the back.

Great house , learned so much today with the help of guides Sarah and Nishant , if you’re walking around you should def visit the house and see the beautiful Georgian architecture and interiors ❤️ The house was moved in 1970s because of a conflict so has modern extensions to it which is also interesting to watch !
