Fantastic home made food... We stopped in for a quick cold treat however they were using the smoker and the smell was so mouthwatering we just had to have something smoked. Price was very fair and they have a good selection of local craft beer.

Absolutely amazing place! The food is out of this world, something I would never expect in a small place like that! The variety is not limited to regular burgers/fries/hot dogs, but every dish is a masterpiece! The service is superb: we were sitting outside at the patio because we had our dog with us, so the waitress brought the bowl of water and treats for the dog! The serving is pretty authentic - all the dishes are made of steel/aluminium to create the real camping spirit. The prices are affordable. So the conclusion is must go if you are around!))

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend eating here. I feel like driving there from Calgary just for the food.

Excellent food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. All of the parts were homemade and you could taste the difference. Reasonably priced. Our group tried 3 different types of burgers, beans, fries, and cornbread and all of it was exceptional. Double patty burger with fries is about 15$ on average. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

This place offers absolutely delicious food. The menu is mostly burgers and beer, but the flavours are incredible. Honestly, the food is so good it’s a surprise to find it in a small campground town. If you’re passing by Elkwater on highway 1, this is well worth the detour.

I had super high expectations for Camp as I had been referred to it by a couple people who were emphatic about the awesome food so maybe I was oversold. I had the Camp burger that upon reflection seemed to try and mimic a Big Mac: two patties, shredded lettuce, some kind of cheesy sauce, and pickles. It failed miserably and the hamburger patties were slightly rubbery and seemed like they were boiled. Those parties definitely weren't freshly cooked as my burger came out a few minutes after my order. The whole thing was utterly tasteless. I added a baked beans 'side' to my burger as an extra and those were good. Not great, just good. I don't think they were worth $4 for the small portion though. The whole meal left my palette needing cleansing. Like with a wire BBQ brush. Did I come on an off night? The John Gilchrist review on the front counter must be old as I can't see him saying great things based on what I ate. Go support this local restaurant - just go in with average expectations and maybe you will come out thrilled.

There were 13 of us and the service was prompt and attentive. There were vegans, vegetarians and meatatarians in our group and this place hit the spot. The Mexican rib platter was excellent and a great value as it could easily have fed three people. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Great atmosphere. Casual and fun.

This place was absolutley delicious. I will 100% be back. I had the old faithful burger and corn bread. TO. DIE. FOR. Can't wait to bring my husband. My daughter and I loved it. We overheard one of the servers telling another customer that everything is gluten free! Would never have been able to tell. Keep it up!
