★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite salon in Newmarket. They are so professional, and extremely attentive. I went for a colour correction, and they successfully removed all the box dye black without damaging my hair! I was so impressed, and will be returning. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I go to a “walk-in” hair cutting place but decided to actually treat myself to a good new cut and style. So I googled hairdressers in the area looking for good reviews, and Camelot came up.
I called and was fortunate to get in quickly. I was not disappointed!
From the pleasant receptionist, to the young woman who gave me a long massaging shampoo to the great cut and style from hairdresser Piera, it was a great experience. They were professional, clean and totally on top of the COVID procedures.
Overall they get 5 stars from me! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here after seeing great reviews, but unfortunately I'm very dissatisfied. While the employees were very kind to me, my hair is now more damaged and streaky than before I went. I asked to have my old yellowed highlights toned out and to have brown lowlights added, with a few light brown highlights added - instead I now have white and yellow highlights that look very unnatural, and that start halfway down my head. My stylist had to leave halfway through (which is understandable), but no one else was able to finish so I left the salon with damaged, frizzy, streaky hair. I really wish I could have had a better experience, my hair now looks worse than before I went:(
