Struggled with my weight for several years after that.

It wasn't until I went all in and invested in help and committed to the process that things began to change.

I'd say you were nuts if you said years later I'd be featured in Men's Health and become the "Pulse" fitness columnist for the Winnipeg Free Press.

I had no vision of helping thousands of parents achieve their weight loss goals.

I wouldn't have believed it if you said I'd have the coaching business of my dreams with a team of people supporting me.

All I knew was that I felt great making myself a priority and realized my weight was holding me back.

I just started this program so I cannot really comment too much until I see results but overall I do like the program and workouts and overall communication with Mitch when I need advise. I've been struggling and getting frustrated so I'm pretty determined this time around so I will be looking to final results. Just needed that push where accountability comes in. Thanks Mitch ?

I highly recommend Mitch and his program. Since spring of 2019 I have reduced my body fat, lost inches and a total of 17 lbs. As a woman over 60 who’s weight was creeping up year after year Mitch got me on track with his consistent coaching and focus on long term goals. Mitch is a total professional, very knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Calvert Fitness offers a terrific program that teaches you how to independently (with great coaching supports) make the changes you need to achieve your fitness goals. I have personally lost over 30 pounds and many inches, and have been supported every step of the way. Highly recommend Calvert Fitness if you are looking to make a change no matter what your fitness/health situation. I know I will enjoy my retirement in a healthier, active way!

Mitch and the other coaches have been really great. I love the accountability and workouts. It is up to each of us on how we embrace the program in achieving our ultimate goals when joining. I like the fitness pal app as well as Mitch’s. The program is totally worth it!!!

Calvert Fitness has really got me in shape, with an easy-to-follow program, and a great app for managing your activities and tracking your progress. I’ve now formed healthy habits to keep physically active. By tracking my food intake, I really got a better understanding of portions/measurements and the impacts my food choices make. That said, I really didn’t have to change my diet very much – I can still eat the foods that I want and follow the program. Thanks Mitch!

I am 2 months into my training with Calvert Fitness and I’m very impressed with the information and guidance given to me to embark on this program. There is so much support with a variety of different ways - online support group, weekly webinars and I can always reach out to Mitch with questions anytime. I’m losing weight on the scale but more importantly I like the changes I see when I look in the mirror! This investment in myself and my health is so worth it!

I have been a client of Calvert Fitness for 6 months. The program is sensible, easy to follow and flexible to work around life events/commitments. No lengthy workouts, no restrictive meal plans, just plain common sense. Working with Coach Mitch has helped me focus on my health and create balance in my life that I had not experienced in years. Calvert Fitness has been a game changer for me! I have tried so many different approaches to losing weight and getting healthier in the past and never seen even close to the results I have in the past 6 weeks in the program. I have lost 20 Ibs, I feel great and have so much more energy! And not only that I don’t feel overwhelmed by the approach. It feels like something I can incorporate as part of my new lifestyle for the foreseeable future.
