Second time we have used Calgary's Best Sunrooms Inc. Extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship. Manager at Kramer Direct Ltd. had his back door and stairs enclosed and tinted at his home to reduce the heat. Wonderful service and would highly recommend.

Our sunroom was just completed and we could not be happier with the outcome! It is absolutely beautiful! I contacted Calgary's Best Sunroom back in November with a very strict budget and timeline. Danny came out and to discuss further and provided options that came well within our budget. He was completely honest about the challenges COVID presented with getting materials in but assured me our sunroom would be completed well within my time constraints. Danny returned all my calls and answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Calgary's Best Sunrooms for all your sunroom dreams; big or small!

We absolutely love our sunroom built by Calgary Best Sunrooms. It has helped the east side of our home be more warm in the winter and it has assisted us in getting some warm vitamin D on the sunny days even when it is cold and windy out. Not only that but we have hosted parties in it and have enjoyed movies together in it and games. It is a beautiful addition to our home which anyone who sees it loves and we love showing it to people and experiencing it. The sliding windows that open on all sides create a wonderful air flow which even takes care of any condensation drips. The preparation for the sunroom was great. We could ask Bob any questions and he would get back to us. Bob was excellent at preparing and making any shifts he needed to as they built. The build with Bob and the crew was not only done with excellence but was fun and engaging. We had a great time joking around while at the same time getting the project completed. And I loved their attention to detail. There were some tricky parts to installing this on our house and they were prepared as well as very thorough in making it happen for us. Plus the insistence on quality was incredible. The flooring, the glass...it's top notch. I cannot say enough. Thanks, Danny, Bob, and crew! You did an amazing job!

We are very happy with our sunroom. There were delays due to COVID and aluminum shortages, but the quality of materials and workmanship are excellent. It turned out even nicer than we thought.

We signed a contract with Calgary's Best Sunrooms for construction of a new sunroom on April 29, 2021. The work was to have been completed by July 22, 2021. We paid a deposit of $16,000.00 in advance of any work being done. The only work that was done on this project was that a man came to the house to take measurements. Nothing else was done. We cancelled the contract on August 23, 2021 and requested the return of our deposit. This option was part of the contract. Calgary's Best Sunrooms has not refunded a penny of the deposit. We took the matter to court and received a judgement in our favour in the amount of $16,246.23 on January 7, 2022. To date, Calgary's Best Sunrooms has refunded nothing of what they owe. I would advise extreme caution before giving Calgary's Best Sunrooms your trust and your money. The only positive thing about this experience is that they had not commenced demolition of our old sunroom and deck before taking more money and abandoning us.

The finished job looks absolutely fabulous! The supply chain for materials delayed the project, but once the materials arrived, everything moved ahead quickly. The team was efficient and the work was top notch. The transparent roof patio cover lets in a lot of light and is so useful to keep the snow off the pathway between the house and garage in winter - no shovelling to walk from the back door to the heated garage. In the summer, I think i can set up a table & chairs under the roof and enjoy drinks when it rains. Just love it!!

We had our deck enclosed with glass walls on 2 sides, a glass door, and a motorized screen on the front. I waited longer than I would have wanted (4 month delay as there were some issues in the supply chain due to a factory move), however in the end it was done and I love the sunroom. It was built exactly to my specifications and the quality is very good. Danny and Bob the Builder promised if I could have a bit of patience I would love it. They were right. Now it is ready in time for Alberta spring, and I am looking forward to watching the snow fall with the fire table and patio heater on this winter.

I ordered my Patio Cover in March 2021 and it was worth the wait. To preface this with some background information. The contract stated the installation would take place in roughly a month, however CBS made me aware of the delays that they were being affected by. As I have some experience with supply chain issues, I knew that it would take much much longer. Between the lockdown delays, then flooding issues in BC, worldwide aluminum shortages, manufacturing delays stemming from both lockdowns and people just getting sick, it took approximately 13 months to complete. CBS is not alone in this, multinational companies all over the world are defaulting on large contracts due to an inability to deliver on agreed times. It's just the reality of our world at this time. I did keep an eye thier social media feed, and they kept turning out new projects, which was quite heartening as it showed they were still in business, just slowed down. On to the Patio itself. I worked with Bob to come up with a design that would fit the unique L shaped deck, and we talked about 3 different designs, then finally settled on 2 planes. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but was fuzzy on some of the details. Bob took me through the different ideas and presented the pro's and cons as well as what was actually possible. We settled on the design you see in the pictures attached. I had some concerns about drainage due to the patio sidewalk beside the concrete deck, but those were addressed through the design process. I was initially going to choose white, but Bob and my wife convinced me that black was the better choice and that it would pull the entire structure together and match the house nicely. They were totally right. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted, and I've quite happy with the results. I've tested the water drainage, been up on the roof to check over the work, and even worked out how to clean the glass fairly easily. Being a DIY'er, my next step is to add a glass railing next summer and some blinds. CBS offered to include those, but unfortunately that just wasn't in my budget this year as we opted to add Gemstone lighting to it instead. (Not affiliated with CBS). It was honestly worth the wait. Not having to put away cushions and pull them out every time I want to enjoy a coffee in the morning. No wet cushions from dew. being able to sit on my patio with the heater on while it's gently snowing with a blanket and a hot chocolate. Or cook steaks on my little firepit while it started to drizzle. Being able to BBQ without getting wet in the rain or snow! It took a long time, but it was worth it.
