He arrived on time and did a very professional job. He was very proud of the work he did and we were too! He replaced some missing underlay the basement including a new seam and you’d never know it. He also repaired ripples and a seam snag in the hallway carpet and it’s looks great!

I had many cigarette burns (renter) and has a small flood in the basement and had pulled up the carpet to dry. I left it up too long and it shrank and wouldn't fit back on the teeth. Brent managed to fix it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else that needs any repairs done.

Once I sent him the photos he gave me a quote. I found the quote to be very fair in price. I didn’t book an appointment at that moment as I wasn’t ready to get the carpet repaired. After a couple weeks and I was ready to get the carpet repaired I email him and he emailed me back he could repair our carpet the very next day. I was so impressed at how fast he responded.
