★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service. impossible de parler avec le directeur. Pas de respect pour la loyauté des membres. Erreur et non suivi de dossier qui fini par couter plusieurs milliers de $$$$ dans mon dossier. Vraiment un manque de respect pour les membres. je quitte avec beaucoup d'amertume.
Poor service. impossible to speak with the manager. No respect for member loyalty. Error and non-follow-up of file which ended up costing several thousands of $$$$ in my file. Really a lack of respect for the members. I leave with great bitterness.
