Fake promotions, they do not pay when you do everything to get the promotions. They have bad services online and you wait for nothing in the place, stay away from bmo.

1 teller. 1 client with various issues ahead of me. 20 minute wait Half a dozen disinterested employees ducking their heads down in their offices not showing up to clear the queue. 4 or 5 people behind me. Really poor service.

So. Check the web via Google Maps. "Open Sat until 16:00". Go to get some change in advance of a camera swap meet tomorrow. "We don't do cash services on Saturdays says the one(1) lonely teller." If you're open. You're open. When you're open you should be doing normal bank things like make change for clients. Fail. Fail. Fail. So, I went to the RBC nearby. 3 tellers. No problem getting change (but had to use my business account at RBC (my need was personal, not business)). BMO continuing its slide. I remember when they were the 2nd largest bank in Canada. Now 4th. I wonder why?

BMO Rosemere is an excellently branch with great staff that are super responsive and super knowledgeable. They always put in the extra mile when dealing with my issues like calling me when it's most convenient for me or responding via email very quickly to my specific banking needs. It is efficiently run and well managed. Even my parents who are not very tech-savvy and struggle with modern digital banking tools are helped very patiently step by step through all their issues. Best big 6 bank in the area.

On friday dec. 17th at 10:45 I went in to get an envelope from Kim Leblanc. I sat with her 2weeks before she asked me for additional papers. I contacted her to pick up my papers she took 3days to respond . I went in saw Kim waved & asked her for my papers she nonchalantly pointed to the line telling me I had to stand in line . Over twenty minutes later still in line a gentleman behind me proceeded to get a chair from an office so I could sit down .When I got to the teller she was insulted that I said the service was very unprofessional and that if I had to wait for 20minutes it was because they were busy....all I was picking up was an envelope which by the way Kim Leblanc should have had the decency to get up from her desk 2minutes .After all I did open a file with her......not a teller. By the way 5 people were all complaining about the service & the lack of courtesy. I'd like to thank the gentleman who brought me a chair before I fainted.

Expect to wait a VERY long time EVERY time you go here and the culture is that the senior staff do not care. The junior staff at the front, work super hard whilst there are at least 4 senior members of staff who wait around and look at the customers in the line without helping. There is even one lady in an all clear class office right next to the long line of customers with a permanent piece of paper scotched taped to her door that reads "virtual meeting in progress; please do not disturb" !!! ... You can see her computer through the glass and I have never seen her in a virtual meeting every time that I have been there. Please have the decency to remove the fake "I am in the meeting" note or at least twist your desk around so that the waiting customers don't see the contempt with which you are treating them.... Or better still get out of your "meeting" :))) and help!
