S	Saqib Yaqoob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The server was not helpful at all. They took 15 mins to give us the menu, I would have understood the delay if they were packed but it wasn’t the case. When the food arrived, it seems it was not fresh and when we complaint the server said that’s how it’s supposed to be. The crepe was really hard and the cream given to us for the coffee and tea were expired as we could see curds in our cups when we poured it. The server again made a lame excuse of how it’s normal during cold weather. When we shared our dissatisfaction about the whole experience, she didn’t even care to apologize. Oh yeah, we had to pay for everything in full and left everything at the table without even eating it.
Z	Z. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their sweets are amazing! I had the strawberry cheesecake crepe, fire up the veggies crepe, and the matcha chocolate fondue. The cheesecake crepe was 10/10, the fondue was also amazing but for the amount of things they give you to dip there isn't enough fondue 8/10. Last, the fire up the veggies crepe was simply okay. The veggies were nice but it lacked a lot of flavour. I think it might be better to just stick to the sweet stuff not savoury

A	Andy Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to dine in as a small group. The dark chocolate mocha and the sesame hot chocolate were both delicious. We also had some nut covered churros which was pretty good. The americano was just okay, but it’s more of a chocolate store than a cafe so I didn’t mind. It was mostly there to balance out the sweetness. Since it was Boxing Day, it was a bit crowded, though they did separate out the tables to have some amount of social distancing. It seemed like there was only one employee who was tending to the entire cafe, making all the drinks, taking orders, serving, checking vaccine cards, and seating people. Everything took a while, which was completely understandable, and we weren’t in a rush. I hope they normally have more employees though since I felt really bad for him.

A	Amie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the core of By Ward. This Eatery in my opinion is a must stop. I arrived there as they’re were opening and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our COVID documents were verified before being seated and we had a question air to fill through QR code for tracking purposes instead of having just our names written down on paper with a phone number. While we were there, I thought the service was fantastic, hard to tell if it would be any different if they were busy as there wasn’t anyone else there yet. From the beginning we were greeted and seated quickly and our orders were taken with food arriving quickly also. We opted for a Strawberry chocolate milk shake, cacao 70 hot chocolate and fondue for two with earl grey chocolate. My partner said it was the best milkshake they had tried (ever) and I must say, my hot chocolate was to die for! As for the fondue, I loved the concept and we had a good ratio of waffle, brownie bites and fruits to dip in our chocolate. My experience here was great and i have a lack of understanding as to why the negative reviews as I experienced none of the comments made with the 1 star reviews. I recommend this as a stop for any sweet tooth or chocolate lover!
