I went with my sister and they started her nail service and 5 minutes in they left to go do someone eases nails that showed up after we did. Then someone else came and continued then left as well. Terrible service. Each of my nails are chipped on the side. Wouldnt recommend
L	Lauren Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular client whom they always welcome when I come in. Efficiency is definitely an issue. Most recently, I had a new set last week that they made me wait 30 minuyes past my appt and one of the nails has lifted and it's very painful. I popped in and they had 2 clients and told me they are busy and to come later. No acknowledgment, didn't even look at it. I'm so disappointed. They always have time for a walk in service but when they need to repair their own work...they're busy. I went to a neighboring salon and they offered to fix it right away. I'll be seeing them for a new set this evening. Customer service matters and it doesn't take much. *as per their response below...no. I was not offered an appointment and how could I not show up to a supposed 4pm appointment when it's only currently 2pm? Best of luck!*

Second visit and after 5 min of starting my fill she leaves and starts working on a lady who came in after us wanting a new set. She proceeded to start AND finish her nails before coming back to mine. In total I was waiting for 40 minutes... i've been to many nail salons and honestly it is one of the worst i've been to. Thank you for the worst customer service I have ever seen CA nails ?

While using the dremel they hit my finger tip a whole bunch resulting in a burn that took almost 2 weeks to fully heal. I ended up being there for 3 hours only for my nails chip and break off 2 days after. However, all the people that work there are extremely friendly and they have a very good selection on colours.
C	Chau Greely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually like to write bad reviews as these girls work very hard and are all very kind. However they over book themselves way too often. A full set should not take 2 to 2.5 hours and it only takes this long because they book themselves 2-3 appointment at the same time. So while you're in your chair waiting for your nails to be done, your tech will bounce between 2-3 different customers, leaving you to wait for them to come back and finish yours. I've been here 3 times and all 3 times at least one nail has popped off within the first week. By the second week they have all lifted from the base. I've written off the first 2 sets as having done too much yard work but the 3rd time can't be a coincidence. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

It was my first time there, they were very busy which is always a good sign, and they are the cleanest set I've ever had done. A lot of attention went into the detail. Highly recommend everyone check them out, I had Tina do my nails and she was excellent. See you soon, ladies!
