B	Brad Beisel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calgary's first craft distillery that actually sells their product. Tried their flight of vodka based products.... fantastic. They have gin and whiskey on the way too, can't wait. Spoke with their mixologist who is outstanding in his knowledge, taste and creative abilities. My wife and I had their Caesar which was delicious. I also tried their take on an Old Fashioned which was simply incredible infused with their custom made tea and walnut liquor. They are open Thu to Sat only for drinks and tours. Huge attention to detail, an absolute must visit.... very enlightening, enjoyable and most importantly tasty! Craft distilling has arrived.
K	Kerri Knox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treated ourselves to Lunch at the Burwood Distillery yesterday after hearing about the new menu. Lunch was fantastic, service was great, and I love the atmosphere. I have been to this location for an event before (also fun!) but this was a totally different experience. We shared a number of dishes in order to try as much off the menu as possible and not one dish was less than fantastic. I highly recommend a visit and am already planning a second trip.

I love the fact that Master Distiller Gus exudes passion for his supply chain and focuses on sustainability from start to finish. His attention to quality and detail really shine through in the product. The kitchen continues this mindset by preparing food that has amazing balance and incorporates a lot of the same ingredients found in the distillery. To top it all off, everyone is very hospitality focused and really makes you fee welcome and valued. I highly recommend you check out this space for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

It looks like they recently reduced the size of their brunch menu, and of the four remaining items only three were available when we were there, so it’s pretty slim variety. Come for the cocktails and for a basic, but decent quality brunch that’s not overcrowded like all of the dedicated breakfast places.
D	David Contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Burwood simply because we were in the area .. no intent, no expectations, simply curious because I’d seen the brand at my local liquor store. I was pleasantly greeted by the gentleman at the front who was very knowledgeable in all the products. Offered some samples and gosh were they good. Couldn’t help myself to grabbing the Medica and the Not So Old Fashioned. Both are fantastic. If you grab the Medica and you’re a whiskey drinker - be sure to pick up the barrel aged edition. Absolutely fantastic!
M	Maryb Isme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a lady with glasses that was pretty darn rude from the moment I entered. I'm glad I didn't have to talk to her again after the Burwood guy stepped in. Apparently this distillery location is in limbo transitioning from Burwood to something else. The guy in charge of the Burwood side was nice and knowledgeable. They give you up to four free samplings of their liquors. The gin was all pretty harsh and I much preferred the gin from Two Rivers Distillery, it was much smoother and seemed better in quality. Though Burwood has a bourbon honey Mead that was very tasty. I tried their Jinnifer gin cocktail, it had a nice refreshing taste. However, I would not come back or try their gins again as I felt terribly sick after I finished the cocktail.
