★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a hidden treasure! These guys have the best food, especially the Saaj bites. They're extremely friendly, and the restaurant is nice and clean. I drive out of my way, past lots of other shawarma and donair places to get here, and it's so worth it. I'd highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is considerably high in prices as compared to their competitors in town. In bussiness you can't close your eyes like that. You will definitely lose your business because you are not the only one in the town and there are numerous places from where you can buy cheaper and better options.

Here's the best part the chicken and beef shawarma ,delicious and authenticly done with special touches that I've only encounter at the Saaj, Topping the wonderful experience with Turkish coffee while talking with the owners of the Saaj. Thanks for hometown Calgary hospitality ! We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new in town and this was my first visit. Shawerma bites were light and delicious. Kibbe was fresh and juicy. Fries was a spot on! I would put more veggies in! Both ladies at the counter were nice and polite. Place was well kept and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It fluctuates between 3.5 to 4. Some things are better tasting that others like the kefta and rice are excellent. We ordered takeout and portions are very generous. The salad seemed rather tangy and heavily dressed but has a good amount of vege in it (not just lettuce). Things are very fresh here. Some of the other meats seemed a bit salty. If you like truly pickled sides...you can find them salty pickled here. The dips were delicious as well with the pita (thin not thick). Overall good food but with some minor changes like not overloading in salt and sauce/dressing would be better.
