★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible service, went to change the iPhone 6 screen , the cost was excessively high $170 , but because I need the replacement as soon as possible as the phone is for my kid (we use it to communicate if he came home early from school and there was no one home) , I was told it will take 2 business days but the two business days was eventually 4 business days, I was called to come and pick up the phone and pay the shipping cost of $33 (that was apparently "built in the quote", but totally not communicated to me.
I paid the amount and made a complaint about the delay " no one gave a cr*p " and took the phone, tried to open the phone to realize that phone date was erased and I have to go through the annoying backup restore process.
As I finished the restoration I realized that the SIM card is not in the phone so I went back to the repair shop and they searched but it was not there, then they told me that it was probably sent to the apple store and never came back, and suggested that I call my provider to get a new SIM replacement ...just like that.
totally the worst and most expensive service I ever had, in fact, I replaced my personal iPhone screen in North Vancouver for only $85 (including the labor).
Very very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last year for changing the battery for my iphone 6s. I thought it costed about $70 (because Apple Store just charges the battery cost itself). They did not even mention about how much was the service fee. Moreover they said it took about 1 hour to change the battery but it took 3 hours. I was so disappointed and after waiting for 3 hours, they said the cost was $206.68. It was ridiculous. The service fee ($127.50) was twice the battery cost ($65.00). If they mentioned how much was the service fee, I would definitely not changed the battery and bought a new iphone. Please just go to apple store in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a computer for a quote for a repair, it was not worth repairing but they charged me $75 for the quote. They did not disclose before I brought it in that they charge for quotes. Apple does not charge for quotes and they did not let me know that they charge. I found it very unscrupulous that they did that and would not release my computer till I paid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get my I phone serviced because I was having some software issues, they diagnosed my phone and told me that the charging port was dead and nothing could be done to fix it and I would have to replace the phone for $1000+. Did some digging online when I got home and fixed the phone in about 10 minutes. Avoid this place if you can and take your business else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to buy a new battery as my current is getting older and worse and I thought I would preempt complete failure by ordering and paying for the part in advance at my local store and then have them install it once it arrived. HAH!! What a joke this store is.
Their policy says they have to hold onto my laptop until the part comes in (days later) even if I can use the laptop without the replacement battery. (current one still works -and it still plugs in and runs on electricity) Said it would probably take several days - No loaner offered.
Spoke to several diff apple stores in city, etc, and this is not an Apple policy but its a STORE policy A Bad policy!!!
Will be taking my business to Squamish where they will "diagnose" and return my laptop to me within the hour, so I can keep using it while they wait for the new battery to arrive.
If I want to purchase a replacement part for my no longer warranteed computer - this should not be an issue. Its called being pro-active not reactive. Perhaps Apple and Burnt Stew should try it.

Such a better alternative than going all the way to the city for repairs on your device while still having the peace of mind knowing that all repairs meet the same standards as Apple. Highly Recommend!
