★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. But everywhere might be inventory mistakes. In my last visit I was sold the wrong part by mistake, while trying to install it I opened it and got it full of grease. But they still accepted it back and gave me a full refund for the that part and did sell the right one to me.
I had to argue a bit my point but they acceded to give me a refund. I appreciate that and how they care for their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my way through Whistler I ended up with a broken brake line. With not much chance of getting my vehicle serviced I was forced to disconnect the rear brake line and plug it off so I could get home. The staff at Lordco in Whistler were super helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they took extra time and never made me feel rushed in figuring out what I needed. Thanks to you all I will defiantly bring my business back to you when I’m in Whistler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys really saved us! When our AC compressor seized on day one of our 6 day camping trip, we were bummed out. Canadian Tires in Squamish and North Van wouldn't be able to get us the part until the following week, but LORDCO could have it in the next day! They delivered on their word and we were happily on our way to enjoying our camping trip by afternoon of the next day! The sales associated were also so friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I walk in here, the guys that work here are super friendly and helpful. If they don't have what I am looking for in their store they are able refer me to other locations in function or whistler that will have it. The mechanic that takes care of our family vehicles also uses them to buy parts etc. and they are very quick in getting items to him when needed for repairs/maintenance etc. Some things are a little expensive in here but this is Whistler, where everything costs slightly more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned in a order for a air conditioning compressor for my friends Jeep , who was near Pemberton ...in the woods , from Kamloops . It was ordered , I swear before I hung up and my friends picked it up the next day!! Great service that saved my friends vacation trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get some chains for our bus and the team were really helpful and patient with us, explaining everything clearly and making sure we had the right product.
Even showed us a YouTube video on how to use/fit them.
Photo is part though fitting them for the first time. Going to do it a few times as advised to get practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sean sold us our windshield wipers then noticed we didn’t know how to install. He came out and quickly helped us put them on in a flash. What a nice guy and happy to help. Also gave my buddy a tip on bike repairs as a bonus.
