Food was served hot and very quickly. Nice seating available with friendly staff. Good BK location.

I can not justify going here any longer. Loyal local customer, but I'm sick of orders being wrong and disgusting things showing up in my food. Tried to get a diet coke and a poutine, I was given an iced tea and poutine with a hair in it (unlike any from within my house). I hate to be nit-picky, but it happens too often. I'm giving up fast food here.

After being rushed by the person working the drive threw. We Did not get what we ordered. Had to pay twice. And the chicken smelled funny.we were told the cheese burgers don’t come with mustard. By the person working. Disappointed

We like to grab a whopper cheese, onion rings with spicy dip and hit a park in beach for some quiet hour. This one was in New West then we went to the Fraser river. Food was fresh and hot. Service friendly and fast.

If I could give negative star I would, to start the rudeness from the employee in drive thru was absolutely unacceptable, if you don't like job get new one. Secondly my husband is allergic to mayo and told them absolutely none on his burger confirmed that three times with her. To get home realize they sure did put mayo on his food. We got poutine as well fries we're undercooked and the new containers they are using were mangled in our bag. We will never go back to this location. Get better staff. Thank God we checked otherwise I would been taking my husband to the hospital so thank you for that.

It's a common Burger King store. There's nothing special. But the bread comes out a little bit burnt.

I get there at 830PM, and the doors are already locked. I'm confused, knock, and instead of at least letting me know that dine in ends earlier, simply avoid my gaze. They ignore my knocks, all the while serving folks on drive thru and acting like I'm not there. Oh, and I know non-crew can still go in cause there was someone inside who was in a grey shirt when I arrived, and left with an order about ten minutes after I arrived. Look if you're closing early just let the public know. And at the very least inform the potential customers waiting outside in the cold rainy evening.

Unorganized Breakfast service. Ordered by app at 715 and when I arrived at the restaurant, no response at the drive through sign. Went to the drive through window and advised that they were not open yet. Pointed out that I was "order #10" on the app, with a 7am opening time at that location and advised that the order would take 7-8 minutes. Waited 20mins until the order was ready. This made us late for our appointments. Breakfast was tasty, coffee bland. I can see why BK is losing market share and it is due to service not product. You can do better with proper staffing and training
