★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family gave Burger Factory a try for the 1st time and they didnt disappoint! Absolutely love the food. We tried 4 different burger, oreo milkshake , funnel cake fires and more food. All was perfection. Also love the staff and the friendliness. Would like to give Rupi a shout out for great service and food!!
Will be coming back again. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and friendly staff. Enjoyed eating here yesterday. I found the Juicy Lucy to be a bit bland flavour wise but still not too bad. The chicken tenders and fries were pretty decent. The funnel cake was nice and crispy. I just wish they also had juice choices for drinks instead of just pop and Gatorade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingredients and taste were great overall. I had the Juicy Lucy which was good, but the name didn't really speak to the experience. Also had the funnel cake (take out) which for some reason was provided on a plate. My wife had the Philly Cheese Steak which she said had too much salt and pepper. Presentation wasn't very good either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice clean place. Staff were friendly and smiling. We ordered the machine burger and a cheeseburger in a combo. It was delicious and filling, we even got a student discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why doesn't my burger look as nice as anyone else's picture? I got a mouthful of salt in one bite of the burger which was a little unexpected on a veggie burger, the rest was okay but the person who ordered asked for pickles and lettuce and the toppings weren't proportional to the burger. I mean even Wendy's little burgers have 4 slices of pickles for far less money so I can't understand why the toppings were so stingy. I took these two photos right after unwrapping it. Can't even see the lettuce in the photo.
In all honesty I can't recommend this place for the price I feel like we got ripped off. Service time was brutal too for a $30 order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing , I have tried Cheesy Lucy , Juicy Lucy , The machine & the Cheese Burger .. Cheesy Lucy would be my favorite burger as it's patty is juicy fresh and the melting cheese makes it awesome and with a wide variety of toppings these burgers could be customized as the consumer pleases,
Milkshakes are pleasant .
The staff is extremely good for instance I always dine alone and one of the staff members comes over and talks to me so I get a little bit of company .
The burger joint is extremely clean and hygienic as the staff members clean the tables right after a person is finished dining .
Last but not least this place offers (Great Food) !!!!
