Attendu 20min pour rien au service d’impression, aucune communication de la part de l’employé, sauver du temps, aller chez copie express qui est à 3min de marche!
Waiting 20min for nothing at the printing service, no communication from the employee, save time, go to express copy which is 3min walk away!

Je n'ai eu aucun problème avec les imprimantes. Elles sont en libre service, pas cher, et les couleurs étaient jolies. Bémol pour l'accueil des employés, mais maintenant dès qu'on sait où sont les imprimantes, pas besoin d'avoir affaire à eux.
I had no problem with the printers. They are self-service, not expensive, and the colors were pretty. Flat for the reception of employees, but now that we know where are the printers, no need to deal with them.

Self-service printing: Very low quality paper (so thin that the double-sided printout can be seen on the other side of the sheet), very bland colours, no way to double check the quality before paying. I will avoid it in the future

The worst service, inefficient and bad organized store. Go somewhere else.

The shop was closing at 5PM. I had two pages to print and arrived at 16:45. By my count I would have bene out by 16:48. At the door the security guard rudely told me to go away. I nicely responded that I would be out before closing town and before most other clients in the shop. Instead of exercising judgment he became rude, arrogant, and dismissive, treating me like an unwelcome beggar rather than a customer. Now I don't mind the shop closing at 16:45 IF they indicate that closing time on their signage (which was right next to the door), website and Google Maps. Instead of saying 17:00 just to have people come all the way for a quick errand just for the sheer satisfaction of embarrassing them. Also that security guard should never be put in front of customers. Ever.

I had ordered something to print and payed for a ''same day pickup'', but the machines stopped working so they couldn't print anything. They never contacted me and would have waited last minute to just cancel my order without me knowing. Hadn't I been there for them to tell me, I would just have been in the blue for the next four days...Is it so complicated to call the customer?
