★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For lack of a better description, this post office is where you may also I think a hard copy of a passport application. The pharmacy is a 'plus' one, because they provide so many grocery items, even lettuce etc., if you're stuck!

Don’t send urgent items with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the only Canada Post office where customers are forced to fill out forms, through their website to make international shipments, and if it is not done, the people who attend get annoyed, I will not return to this office with that bad attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't even ring the doorbell for my package (I was literally home all day). I specifically left directions to leave the package on the front door in case they couldn't contact me. Yet again a great example of how well these people do their jobs (sarcasm). Like why do these people even walk/drive around the city if they're not going to actually "deliver" anything? Honestly I can't believe I'm saying this but I've been having better luck with Purolator; seriously that is a low bar to cross and they've managed to spectacularly trip and fall. Actually that's too much credit for them, tripping and falling implies they actually made an effort. A better metaphor: they haven't even been able to find the bar. Not to mention, the pick up location for my package isn't even the nearest post office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars to Canada Post. Fraudulent organization! Please remove your attractive note from the website, as it is misleading: "Get next-day and 2-day shipping with XpresspostTM. All items are tracked, delivery times are guaranteed and the delivery status can be checked online."
My item was shipped late and no refund was received. You have this note, you have the option to create a service ticket. I spent a lot of time to create this, then it was just closed, I spent time on calling CS. If you do not guarantee delivery time, tell your clerks not to provide this info, remove note from the website and disable creating service ticket on this matter. I will never use your service again! And I am pretty young, so you have lost one more client. Awful service. I lost a lot time on delivery, you are misleading customers. Moreover losing parcels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 10 years of using the other 2 post offices nearby, the one at StLaurent & Napoleon has become more convenient location. However! Use at your own risk.. Am giving one star for the one good employee who actually was helpful.
At this postal location, there is always one who is consistently hostile. Today was my limit when I (warned nicely) did need some patience to put together a large flat art commission. The employee Janan was flippant to every request, said inappropriate things about my mask, and was consistently abrupt / unhelpful - which is how she handles friendly requests. Thankfully an employee from the drugstore actually helped me fit the oversized envelope together, so it could be taped shut.
Abruptly, again, Janan tells me "do it over there" (even though there was no other customers at the time) pointing to her side. So I went to the side counter, with no room on it, and tried to tape down the art commission. She comes over, aggressively grabs the art package, and aggressively tells me "you have to do this around the corner" - now pointing in a different direction....
I requested to speak with her boss, who did arrive at the end, and who allowed the aggressive employee to be part of our brief meeting - even though she said she would later ask her separately. The whole thing was intimidating, stressful, and I was shaken that Janan took liberties to be physically aggressive with priceless art.
Meanwhile take a 15 minute walk to Fairmount Delphi post office (a couple blocks walk from the famous bagels) and they will patiently & respectfully help. This location offers many packaging options for sale, and a few visible places to assemble your packages. Sadly in the Plateau, this office in Pharmaprix is the worst....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They hesitate to accept works that take more effort than usual small post office work stuff.
I wanted to mail several extra large boxes with max allowed weight, and they were not at all happy about that because it needed too much work. They reluctantly accepted as if they are doing me a huge favour.
