★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really wonderful experience here. I arrived 30 min before closing and had a big group of photos I needed to print for a book I was making, and the owner was patient, helpful and even let me stay past closing so I could get what I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working in the area for over 15 years and CDMprint has always been the go-to place for my work and personal printing projects. I am very satisfied with the services and quality of the prints they offer.
Although the CDMprint team has always been friendly and helpful, I'd like to give a shout out to one of their team members, Et-Anne who has been patient, helpful, and very professional with my printing needs the last couple of months. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous prices for regular black and white printing. They charge you to use their computers to pull up the file you want to print (with a minimum time of 10 minutes even if it takes you 10 seconds). About 4-5x the price of regular print shops. Go downtown for better service & better prices if you can, otherwise for regular copies you’re better off just using the self-serve printer at Pharmaprix a few blocks down.

I sent an international package through the DHL counter at CDMPrint where DHL messed up the delivery in just about every possible way and ultimately lost the package. Mr Ferreira went through extraordinary lengths to obtain a full indemnification for the $300 shipping fee. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was very condescending. They made a mistake twice on the same order and still forced us to pay. When I called them to find a solution the owner hang up on me and said I didn't know how Graphic Design worked. Printing and Designing are two different professions. I would not recommend his services. Terrible customer service from the owner.
