From using their copy machines to printing from their computers to having books spiralled and even placing printing projects online, they have always been efficient and highly reasonable price wise. My go-to place for any printing needs.

Was told there was no problem with my format, to just come to the store. I sent my employee. He was told after 20 minutes that it was not possible. They'll say anything over the phone to get rid of you. Bad service.

N	Natasha Major on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible. WORST SERVICE EVER. I spent two hours there just for some regular print outs. Nothing special. Really expensive. They add on costs to just about anything. Ended up being 3-4 times the price of my regular print shop, Zoubris. The owner seems to only care about her bigger clients. The staff is unfriendly, perhaps underpaid? Please do not go there, there are way friendlier and better print shops, where they actually care about the customers, in the Mile End.

There are Mac computers and PC’s; both are in great condition and you can use them and print your stuff with no problem. Internet connection is fast. The prices are the best. I totally recommend this place.

Every single time there were pages missing, even though they charged me for them. Last time I went there, there was a document missing that they charged me for, so I asked them to print it. They unhappily printed it and the text was blurry. Afterwards I went to another print shop on Parc where they printed the same document and it wasn't blurry at all. Besides these problems, they're also more expensive than other print shops. Never going back there again!
