Connor Jones is an agent who has found his true calling. Sure, he is polite, knowledgeable, and follows through with his commitments. But that’s the least that anyone can expect. What really sets Connor apart is that he knows the “rules” well enough to see the grey areas. He is not afraid to identify where he doesn’t know the answer, develop an action plan to solve the problem and tackle it head on. Even then he is content to say “I tried, I will continue to try but don’t have the result you are seeking ... yet.” He doesn’t “just give up.” He will exhaust internal and external resources and even when he doesn’t find an acceptable solution, he will file the problem away and mention months (or a year later) if a solution arose. This approach is the epitome of “solutions focused” customer service. Each file presents a problem. Problems are treated not as an obstacle but as an opportunity to learn. I can’t end without mentioning the service quotient. Need an answer and call expecting to leave a voicemail at night? This guy will not skip a beat, answer the phone, and provide an action plan — even while on vacation! Now that is 24/7 dedication. Too busy to drive to the office to sign a document? This guy drives to your home - after work on his way home - to ensure the job is done. Need to know which insurer handles claims fairly for its customers? Connor will give you the honest inside scoop. This guy gets it. He knows that all business depends on relationships and possess a feral like instinct to add value to the transaction. I recommend all my friends go to him. You don’t know what you are missing until you go to Connor for ALL your insurance needs.

Needed to renew my car insurance for my two vehicles. Liz was super helpful and got it down over the phone. When I went into pick up my insurance papers, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Mariel was super helpful, friendly, and really took the time to answer all my questions so I understood what was going on with my car insurance. Definitely would request her help again. Also very happy I could do everything over the phone/email, which saved me a ton of time and gas!

Renewing my insurance here at Buntain West 10th is always a breeze! The staff are extremely professional, attentive and friendly. The send you renewal reminders via email and text which is super helpful too. Even if I left the neighborhood I would continue to come here for my insurance needs. Great staff, fast, friendly & efficient service always.

Outstanding & seamless experience working with Mariel - I cannot recommend her enough!! As a new driver with limited auto insurance knowledge, I wanted to add my partner onto my insurance and was on a tight schedule as we were set for a road trip for the weekend. Mariel was not only accessible and efficient, but she very patiently took the time to explain everything in layman's terms and ensured that I fully understood the changes that were to be made. I have been going to Buntain for years now and their customer service is AMAZING. They send you timely reminders to renew (and not too much, just the right amount so you don’t forget!!, I always forget!) Since the pandemic you can renew your insurance online/over the phone which is extremely helpful, particularly for truants like myself who continuously wait until the last minute to renew. A HUGE thanks to Taylor, the representative who helped me today, who provided super friendly, patient and expedient service, and made the whole experience quite a lot of fun! I feel like that’s exception, and deserves a call out and Kudos. A big thanks to you and all you do!
