★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always stocked up and has a great selection. There are some vegan options there as well as some things you wouldn't think of at first, like soap. They also have a large selection of dog treats with is cool. The staff have always been friendly as well. I have no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, if you've been in Bulk Barn before, it's a very hands-on type of shopping experience. But since the pandemic, they've totally adapted by having a staff member shop WITH you. Yeah, there's a little pressure to be more intentional with what you are looking for, but the young man helping us was very patient, polite and helpful.
I also like the variety & selection! I even found that yellow powder for making popcorn taste like the movie theatres. Yum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and very disrespectful associate. I understand it is covid-19 but customers are more open to following procedures when employees speak to them with respect, calm and kind voice rather than speaking very fast and being rude.
A very dissapointing experience today. Kindness and a smile goes a long way even through a mask (because the tone in voice changes) especially during these difficult times. Let us not forget this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude cashier ,I was ready to pay out and closed register, and when you enter ,she barks at tou to sanitize hands , I get the rules but you don't have to be hilter about it won't be going back to bulk barn ,and it's not just me you are losing , other I know will not be returning.. .. lucky I don't own the shop she would be out of a job ! I don't even give the 1 star ,I have to the write the review
