★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my four grandkids there on August 3 for treats since they loved to go there. There were many choices and each of the kids had a choice of 2 items. The staff was friendly. The covid restrictions were satisfactory.

Whoever the frosted senior was and the man bun clerk were poorest excuses of customer service ever. No bags at the till and didn't bother getting any from the back. The store was empty, and if you want to follow customers around, do it more discretely you clowns. Maybe learn from classier bulk barns that know what it takes to keep customers coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the Bulk Barn's program for bringing your own containers. They are happy to weigh the containers before you fill them so you don't get charged for the weight of the container. With a little planning ahead its easy to shop this way. Not everything there is cheaper than the mainstream grocery stores, but it depends what you're looking for. Spices and loose leaf tea are both a pretty good deal. My dog likes the dog treats. Also decently priced package-free soaps. It's also really nice to choose the quantity you want.
