★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place but have 2 issues! 1st my wife started to golf and she now has figured out there a new place to shop for her clothes. 2nd being a small business owner is see things that other businesses are doing or not doing. I was picking up a club that Golf Town fixed as well clothes that my wife found gave the paper work for the club to the cashier paid for it and it ranged up a lot cheap than I thought figured maybe the wife's clothes where on sale. Got to the car and realized she hadn't charged me for my club repair soooooo being the business man I am went back in and explained to the young ladies that I wasn't charged for the repair and was given a hmmm really you came back. Found it really strange not to here thank you, sorry, really appreciate you coming back in. So she rang it it took my money and again NO thank you, nothing! My wife even made a comment "must be the owners daughter". Anyways in this day in age we all need to do our part other wise we may not have a Golf Town in the future. Thanks again for fixing my Wedge awesome job...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store last Monday at 4:15 to look at drivers. I was unaware an appointment was needed for the simulators, I was upset with this but understood why, and did not make a fuss at all. After looking at a few I decided to buy one (hoping I would like it) as I needed it ASAP.
Upon walking to the checkout, the employee I previously talked to informed me if I waited 10 minutes he would let me on the simulator after the last booking of he day. I was ecstatic. I tried 3 drivers and walked out with the Srixon z785. After 2 rounds with it, I couldn't be happier with the performance.
I didn't get the employee's name, but wish I did. Thank you for going above and beyond, the customer service was spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this Golf Town for several years and their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
No one is pushy and they give you tons of options
However the standout for me was how personable the employee running the pro-shop was. He couldn't have given a better shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is massive. Has tons of items, putting practice location and virtual golf. Most staff are extremely friendly, non-pressuring and knowledgeable. As a beginner it's nice to go to a store where staff eagerly help you even with the silliest of novice questions and most of the staff here did that exceptionally. The cashier unfortunately left a sour end-experience and dropped this from 5 to 3 stars. When the cashier, Connie, said the price I initially heard incorrectly it (as I hear it as double the marked price) and asked her to repeat to which she did and I thank her and made a quip about mishearing and she went "yes you very much did" in a very rude and annoyed tone and eye gesture. It's a nice store and will be back but hopefully that cashier is having a better day if she's at the till when I'm buying.
