★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a reservation for July 6 at 12pm, got there at 1145 and they were closed.
Doesn't matter if you have a reservation I suppose the employees don't care if you have vacation planned as long as they don't have to work.
Called the 1800 number and they wouldn't put us through to an employee and just told us to go to another place, how are we to get to a different place without a car??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would put zero stars if I could, they dropped off my rental and it was absolutely filthy, money and coffee in the cup holders. I have pictures and then the guy tells me he's sorry but all his detailers quit! Also have all text messages. So I was already on the fence with Covid19 and all.. beware if you're renting from these people, they absolutely could care less about anyone's safety .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would put zero stars if I could!! As I am still waiting on their parkinglot for someone to show up! I had booked my car online to pick up this morning and there is absolutely no one here! If you call, no one picks up. And if you call budget they don't have another Phone number to call either! So I guess instead of having a weekend going to see Tobermory, i'll have to stay in hanover. As there is no other car rental open during the weekend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!! Doesn't deserve one star!!! We had booked over a month in advance, several conformation emails, with confirmation times!! No one was there, no one answered the phones!!! Called head office and they were NO HELP!! We reserved a van to pick up our kids and grandkids from the airport, because budget screwed us... we had to drive back to our house 45 mins away take two vehicles and made us late for picking them up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New to the area, my car broke down with my kids in the back, booked reservations for a pick-up showed up in the taxi 3 minutes before scheduled time and 30 minutes before closing. NO ONE WAS THERE! NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE ! Calling Customer care is a waste of time as well, the line either disconnects or they transfer you to dead ends.
