★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service après-vente très décevant. Plus de 10 jours avant de recevoir la facture et plusieurs erreurs sur celle-ci. Manque de communication avec la clientèle et très grand manque d'information sur tous les frais additionnels lors de la réservation.

Je suis retourné avec ma carte de cresit disponible et j'ai été super bien servit, j'ai eu un service chaleureux et personnalisé ! On s est soucier de ma situation une place comme pas d autres ! Merci bcp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faire déplacer un jeune pour un trajet d'une heure pour un entretien et ne passer que 2 minutes avec lui, je trouve ça irrespectueux, irresponsable et où est le professionnalisme? J'me pose encore la question. Pas le temps pour une entrevue, alors ne faites pas déplacer les gens. Très déçue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je voulais vous faire par que j’était très déçu du service que j’ai eu et du délai de réponse par votre compagnie.
Première appel mercredi pour loué un véhicule et une dame me dit que je vais recevoir le document d’ici midi et j’ai même prit la peine de lui demande si il y en n’a pas on fais quoi ? et sa réponse fut on va s’arranger et c’est seulement arrive le jeudi matin !
Par la suite je vous appel jeudi matin et je vous dit que c’est rush pour vendredi et vous me dites sans problème et que vous allez me rappeler dans la journée et sans retour d’appel .... C’est dommage d’avoir eu un service très médiocre et sans suivi de votre par car sa cause un problème à notre compagnie de devoir ce revirer de bord a la dernière minute comme sa.

First call on Wednesday to rent a vehicle and a lady tells me that I will receive the document by noon and I even bothered to ask her if there isn't one, what do we do? and his answer was we will manage and it only happened on Thursday morning!
Then I call you Thursday morning and I tell you that it's rush for Friday and you tell me without problem and that you will call me back during the day and without return call .... It's a shame to to have had a very poor service and without follow-up from your part because it causes a problem for our company to have to turn around at the last minute like that.
