★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My contractor recommended this flooring because the company had recommended it for my needs. I run a commercial pet grooming business within the first week of having this product there were scratches from dog nails all over the flooring everywhere. I’ve had this for us for just under a year now there are chips coming off the edges as well as dents in the flooring causing my grooming table to be very unsteady which makes for an unsafe environment. I was under the understanding my floor was under a warranty hence why I decided to go with it. Now after putting a claim in on the product the warranty apparently doesn’t coverScratches. They will not honour said warranty so I’m really actually not sure what the warranty is for. Make sure people to get a copy of the warranty from this company before you purchase the product I find them to be very dishonest and the product Durr Bility for serenity vinyl plank flooring lacking. If I could go less than one star I would.
