★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pleased with their service. The other reviews made me nervous but I will def be a regular here now instead of clores. Service is WAY better they actually help you here. I also purchased the wrong item which was final sale but they allowed me to return it. Also they tend to have great sales and great selection, they are a bit more expensive so some items you can find cheaper elsewhere but other than that they are great.

The Chinese guy the sales boy even doesn’t know how to talk to customer.Once u buy anything if it’s not good if u return then they will not listen to u. They will directly say go to small court for the complain. He should go to school to learn some manners. Very very bad customer service

Starting with management, I had a concern about an item that I bought there, and they resolved it with such professionalism and care. And on 3 to 4 occasions when I needed help with products, the girls working at that store are kind, helpful, amazing, professional and informative. I'm so so happy to shop there, and would totally recommend this store!
