★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys did great. I went in about 30min before close to renew my license and insure my new car and they were very willing to help. When the computer system crashed over and over 2 of the brokers stayed to get it sorted. Nearly an hour after close they got it all sorted out and finished.
Happy and chatty staff. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worse place I've dealt with ever!! Just trying since monts already to get beginners, bringing in one statement from my bank after another, for weeks I was running back and forth between this Kindergarten and our bank and finally it seemed to work.. NOW, after I got beginners already they realized that aren't enough bank statements yet, they need an other one. This is just a screwed up place, it's not even worth going there, never mind 1 star!!! Only thing I didn't bring in yet is my underwear, might be that's what they are waiting for, because everything else I brought in alraedy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience recently when getting my insurance for my apartment. Tammy was great! She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. She definitely knew her stuff. I would recommend BSI and Tammy and anyone else working there. Great place! Great team!! I also do my annual vehicle insurance there. They have always helped me and follow up when they say they will. I love that I can trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with bsi for over 20 years. Is a great place for insurance. Then again. If one deals with having covid having financial problems and switching banks, could get very costly. For the client. I would have given them 5 stars before all of sept. Have a nice day. And good luck.
