★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my 5th attempt at my road test I passed. The first time I did it in Niverville, the other 3 times I had women instructors in Steinbach and they all failed me for a non-logical reason. The 5th time was a man and he passed me. These women failed me for no reason other than to make $30 each time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have to deal with this abhorrent company, it's like pulling teeth. Simple processes take weeks, sometimes months! Their customer service on the phone is atrocious and it takes days to even get a call back from your adjuster (If they even call you back, my last adjuster ignored my voice-mail and took off on vacation for 2 weeks in the middle of my claim. I had to deal with multiple other "not my problem" employees for so long that my original adjuster was already back to work by the time I was finalizing everything.)
They are horrible because they know you have no other options and you'll just have to call back and deal with another person who cares little about their work and what it means to help people. They don't care.
An insurance company isn't meant to make money, it's supposed to be there to aid paying clients in times of distress, but all Manitoba Public Insurance cares about is making their bottom line. It makes me sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to advise them I found a license plate in the ditch and wanted to return it to its owner. They provided no assistance and just suggested I return it for recycling. Needless to say, they could work on their PR a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is awful! You call and it tells you to push zero to talk to the next available representative then it rings and rings and rings. Then the same message comes on again asking if you want to talk to someone! Then it rings and rings again and no one picks up!.Horrible customer service.! Figure out a better system... place the customer on hold or something ...then answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are helpful over the phone. Autopac agents in Steinbach were not as helpful as MPI. I appreciate the call back feature they provide. However, if you call after 3:50pm, the call back feature is not available. They have a high call volume.
